CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Project Superintendent shall be responsible for the overall site supervision and management of construction projects from conception through construction completion and closeout.

In this role, the Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet scope, schedule and budgetary goals. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on the project site and ensure that all vendors, subcontractors, and consultants adhere to the projects plans and specifications including; project budget, project schedule and OSHA compliance. OSHA 30 is preferred but not required.

This will be a dynamic position requiring strong leadership capabilities, detailed knowledge of construction build methodologies with a proven track record of delivering high-end commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience within the commercial construction industry with general contracting knowledge in high growth environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop strategic planning, process development, and team management skills while gaining direct exposure into the real estate, design and development industries from the owner’s perspective.

The position is based in Jeffersonville, IN and may require some travel.
