ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain the company’s commercial, mixed-use and multi-family buildings and equipment to ensure safe and functional long-term use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, HVAC, electrical systems, general maintenance and repair. A general understanding of all building trades is preferred.
The position is based in Jeffersonville, IN and may require some travel.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with Tenants.
- Coordinates, performs and/or leads repair and maintenance work assignments utilizing subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Reviews, tracks and performs work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
- Responsible for facilities inspections and reports. Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
- Manages subcontractor and vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order / billing procedures.
- Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
- Provides process and procedure training.
- Responsible for preparation of reports for work related activities.
- Coordinates, oversees and/or executes repair and maintenance work assignments.
WHAT YOU’ll NEED
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
- Prior facility management experience preferred but not required.
- Driver’s license required.
