ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain the company’s commercial, mixed-use and multi-family buildings and equipment to ensure safe and functional long-term use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, HVAC, electrical systems, general maintenance and repair. A general understanding of all building trades is preferred.

The position is based in Jeffersonville, IN and may require some travel.

Job Type: Full-time

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with Tenants.
  • Coordinates, performs and/or leads repair and maintenance work assignments utilizing subcontractor and vendor relationships.
  • Reviews, tracks and performs work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
  • Responsible for facilities inspections and reports. Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
  • Manages subcontractor and vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order / billing procedures.
  • Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
  • Provides process and procedure training.
  • Responsible for preparation of reports for work related activities.
  • Coordinates, oversees and/or executes repair and maintenance work assignments.

WHAT YOU’ll NEED

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Prior facility management experience preferred but not required.
  • Driver’s license required.
